Can highly detailed designs be created on textiles entirely without printing, using only threads? While photorealistic embroidery has traditionally relied on abstraction to capture the motif, Thread Replika takes a different approach: through the careful interplay of scale and high stitch density, photographic and graphic sources are translated into threads as accurately as possible—predominantly in the finest shades of gray, complemented by subtle color accents up to fully colored motifs.
